Any attendee can enter into the quarterly giveaway free of charge. The random drawing of tickets will determine the quarterly winners. Bacardi iPod cooler and bag, an iPod speaker tower, a bike, and an autographed Philadelphia Eagle helmet. This will be drawn from two separate boxes indicating the AFC and NFC Super Bowl representatives. Whichever team is leading in the quarter of the drawing will have the tickey pulled from that particular box. One entry per patron for this giveaway.
OFF-THE-BOARD PARLAYS
In Off-the-Board Parlays, the pointspreads used appear on the display boards and may fluctuate from the opening line. Players can parlay from three to eight teams and receive payoffs ranging from 6 to 1 to 160 to 1. There is a $5 minimum bet on the Off-the Board Parlays.

PARLAY CARDS
On Parlay Cards, the odds are fixed. The Delaware Lottery will offer Parlay Card wagering on "sides" (teams with pointspreads). The minimum wager is $2 and the maximum is $100 per card. Parlay cards will be available in each Delaware Lottery sports book on Thursdays.
THE DELAWARE LOTTERY WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF PARLAY CARDS:
Half-Point Parlay Card - The Half-Point Parlay Card is the most popular type of card and will offer payoffs ranging from 6.5 for 1 on a three-team parlay to 800 to 1 on a 10-team parlay. All pointspreads use half points, eliminating the possibility of a tie.
Teaser Card - On the Teaser Card, the pointspreads differ from those on the half-point card. The favored teams have to cover fewer points in order to be winning selections. The underdog teams receive more points. The payoffs on the Teaser Card are lower than they are on the Half Point card because of the advantage the player gets on the pointspread. On a Teaser Card, players may parlay from 3 to 12 teams and receive payoffs ranging from 13 for 5 to 65 to 1. All pointspreads use half points.
Super Teaser Card - On the Super Teaser Card, the pointspreads are adjusted even more so than the Teaser Card. The favored teams have to cover even fewer points in order to be winning selections. The underdog teams receive more points. The payoffs on the Super Teaser Card are lower than they are on the Teaser Card because of the additional advantage the player gets on the pointspread. On a Super Teaser Card, players may parlay from 4 to 12 teams and receive payoffs ranging 11 for 5 to 14 to 1. All pointspreads use half points.
